To interact with others. The people around me annoy me and it's not of there own accord as they are good friends who I love. I just feel like being around people is a chore that I don't wish to partake in but force myself to because I know it's good for my mental health. Anyone else ever go through a phase like this?

Yeah, I go through phases like that OP. I live alone and can quite happily batten down the hatches, turn ma phone off and not leave ma flat for a couple of days. Not sure whether it's a good thing or not, but I'm happy in ma own little world sometimes
