" I was brought up in care, first family i got sent out to weren't particularly nice (extreme understatement). They were fine up till the time the social workers decided their work was done and stopped visiting. | |||

I'm very glad I found them because it taught me so much about myself. I'd encourage and support anyone who wants to find there birth stories and families cos even if it doesn't work out the experience is for more therapeutic then any therapist or psychiatrist can give you.
