Being a parent

How do people cope with doing this as a parent. I'm a single dad so don't have a lot of spare time what with work too. I'd like to meet but it's mainly evenings and can't accommodate. Is this a big issue within the community??

My Daughter lives with me full time. She might sleep out twice a month.

I will never put her in a situation where she dosent understand 'who that woman is'. When she's moved out or old enough to fully understand I might start dating again.

Last relationship was best part of a decade ago, it wasn't right but I was in the bubble so couldn't see how volatile it was. Never making that mistake again (infront of my daughter), The best chance she has of learning is off me and I have to get it right.

when I meet its usually during the day in school hours, which not a lot of people can do either...

It is why we meet so rarely ( we have a couples profile as well as singles) we never meet with the children in the house and we are not close to family ans so tend to have a club night every now and again

We don't accommodate for a variety of reasons..including children on my part.. Yes it makes it harder to meet but we go to clubs. I am lucky now that my older ones can sit the younger ones.

Being a single parent isnt frowned upon on here but not everyone is patient or will not assume not accommodating equals cheating

I might try a club but does me turning up a a single guy make "creepy" or is it just the norm? I might need a club guide lol. You can tell I'm a newbie
