Good morning, Friends , Fabbers ans Forumites

Firstly may i apologise for being a tad absent in the last few weeks .

So its Monday , and what a better way to start the week with splendid positive thoughts , get un the right mindset to face a week ahead.

It could be full of adventures you may have not realised .

So chums say something positives out yourself today and share it us all.

I am feeling splendidly happy , three days off. Pooch and i have seen some beautiful sunsets on our wanders. It makes a chap good to be alive .

So now its your turn.

I usually start on a C# and follow an ascending scale. Always a positive note for me. Going down and adding the odd Bb or Eb makes me moody.

had a brill weekend at work - sounds mad but everybody actually worked as a team and instead of my worrying about stuff 'not done' i relaxed and it all was done and knew i never had to go and check as people were coming to me and saying ive just done blah - today is my day off and its all good (apart from the rain )

Because in my eyes feeling lively and awake is the key to a fresh start to the week. So every little helps on these dull days. Ive still not woken up properly yet tho!

I worked on a new Spotify Playlist , and there's some pretty good tunes in there, some good mood lifters songs to get my soul thinking. Song writers are todays philosophers

listening to free bird / Lynyrd Skynyrd.
