1)Clean , flower smelling and some may say sterile ??

2) Sticky,wet, and smelly with plenty of body fluid..???

Erm, I'm not 100% clear on what you're asking but I think my answer is probably 1.5, somewhere between the two?

Definitely clean. But not sterile. Don't want to be down there tasting soap. But I don't want stale and unhygienic smelly either.

I haven't really answered the question have I!
