I've just done manual labour in this heat, so I treated myself to ice cream and a lemon curd centred muffin.

Mmmm I love a good ice cream. My ex husband's mum lives across the road from an amazing ice cream maker, people travel from all over Lincolnshire to visit. When we used to visit I would always bring a tub home with me.

I miss skinners! I don't miss my ex husband lol
