No not for me. Studded into Lamb with sprigs of Rosemary and slithers of Garlic - that's their place.

They are all filleted by hand. Good skills you sardine filleters

Not on a pizza no, because they tend to use those heavily salted, tinned ones.

But *fresh* anchovies, oh god, they're divine, especially with garlic and herbs. I could eat a whole bowl of them easily
