Please consider items you insert into your ass need to have a large flared end to stop them actually being sucked completely up inside the anal cavity...I dont know of any suitable veg to be honest, you may be better using an anal sex toy specifically designed for this purpose from a sex shop! Surely would be better than a trip to A&E where you may be rather embarrassed by telling them that you "accidentally sat on a carrot!"
