Feeling a bit down today been ill the last few days cough cold and swollen glans got work tonight and my birthday soon not really looking forward to it just feeling a bit meh

So when your feeling down what do you do to make your self feel better?

Going to watch kids films in bed and relax

I cry.

In private. I don't cry in the fruit aisle in Asda or anything. But i put on sad songs, have a wallow and then an early night. I also get out and go for long walks with my kids and dog. There are loads of walks to go on around me and it really does help.
