We are off for a mini break to Bruges & Brussels soon. Other than beer drinking & moules+frites, what is there to see and do?

Any suggestions welcomed

Brugges is lovely but becareful as its a tourist and pickpocket trap.if your getting chocolates to bring home try to buy from off the centre.

Lace if you wanted lace as a sovenier its ridiculous prices.

You have the chip.museum.and a smoking room. Its at the back of a whisky shop they sit with there cigars. If you want to know anything pm me and i will see what i can find out for you

Why is that? I wasn't sure if the neighbours in the hotel would be having loud sex, and if they were we'd listen in!

Go to the Grand plas and just sit and people watch and then just wander - lots of bars, comic tour, local markets, wander down small streets - the atominum is worth a look ... bus tour perhaps or the royal gardens too

Don't bother with Brussels. Absolutely nothing to do. If you want proof, I suggest you check out any online guide to 'things to do in Brussels' the number one attraction is supposedly a stature of a child urinating into a puddle.

This time of year there won't web be any sprouts.

Might be allergic to horse meat here. Would love to try but will err on the side of caution
