What is the tv show that you watch once and think why does everyone rave on about it soo much?

Mine are; Big brother - a show that stars the most narcissistic people with no discernible talent.

The only way is Essex - if it's as good as people make out, why is it not on the main ITV channel?

Add all Footy programmes on terrestrial TV - Banish them to Sky forever!

+1 (I have never seen more than 10 seconds of any of those shows ...not even the football)

Add to it Deal or No Deal (which my mother always has on when I am visiting ... I think she wants to get rid of me) which is a good example of how to stretch 3-4 minutes of 'entertainment' out for an hour.
