Weirdsville South Coast Dorset

Im confused, how come soooo many profile are written sooo badly, makes the person sound totally backwards yet they message and its all written fine, is it some stupid attempt of peacocking as its getting more popular?

I tend to find the opposite more common, beautifully written profile then the messages are completely different. Probably got help with their profiles. Or some may have copied them I suppose.

Peacocking is trying to do something that is noticable, makes that person stand out and sticks in ur mind.

Im the worst when it comes to english, i managed to get ungraded for my english gcses but this is getting ridiculous with profiles yet they can send a message, a few paragraphs long thats perfect....either theres more copy paste messages then i had realised or people are deliberately acting dumb on there profiles

I just don't get how acting dumb gets attention. It just means I won't bother to open the message before deleting it. *shrugs* maybe I'm doing things wrong.

I know ladies read profiles so it would be a very strange reverse psychology to have your shop window dressed like Aldi when behind the facade is Harrods.

Yes scarlet exactly that! It makes no sense at all (pretty much like their profiles) so y have something so poorly written when its simple to edit/fix!

I hate writing my profile. I don't want to tell just anyone intimate details. I don't go around in real life with a load of stuff about my sexual preferences say printed on a t shirt so why would I do that online?

In real life it works that you SEE someone you like like the look of them small talk before sharing really personal information.

Also, things like my situation and background... why would I want that made public?

I'm certainly not trying to appear aloof or playing it cool lol

I don't know but some men's profiles and messages are fairly poor.

A lot of men haven't learned too well what it is that prospective partners need now how to polish their communication imo

Most people are terrible at talking about themselves.

Hence why my profile is still the place holder text i wrote in December lol.
