A night owl or a morning person.

I've found I'm more of a night owl these days and mornings are becoming a struggle.

Morning person. Love the feel of pure potential at the start of the day - the feeling that anything can happen - plus the early morning light, peace and quiet

Morning person always. Can at times go 24 hours, at the weekend or when working, and that's fine as well. I do like to burn the candle at both ends occasionally, but primarily a morning bird xxx

Mines very dependant on work.

I have been a night owl for years, yet I've been off work now for 6 weeks I think, my body clock is getting back to normal.

Also depends on the partying level. During party weekends I would say I'm just a zombie

I am very much a morning person..

My energy levels are definitely higher than at other times of the day, and I try to get any work done and dusted by at least 1pm, otherwise I’d have to do it the following day
