Favourite smoothy...

I use my smoothy maker every day. One of my most used kitchen gaget. It's a nutri-blender 900. I had a 300 for about a year but I got into making smoothies so much I replaced with a larger version.

I'm looking for your favourite home made smoothy recipes, sweet and savoury.

I have only ever been quite boring with mine using fruit etc but do you use the frozen fruit? No need for ice and it's easy as no prep required. Just throw it in and blend

brighton

I enjoy frozen fruit, porridge oats, natural yoghurt, splash of milk.

....then I saw on the telly that blitzing even fruit-based smoothies was no better for you than eating processed sugar.

I don't know who to believe!

Strawberries, kiwi fruit, mint leaves, sparkling water.

Slice of melon to garnish.

Proper refreshing.

...Up on the Downs

I'm not into them but for a while I had a banana whizzed up in vanilla flavoured protein shake for breakfast and that was lush!
