I can think of three single men, off the top of my head, who use the forums, all of which cannot accommodate but are still popular on here, because they're willing to make a meet work, such as travelling and helping towards hotel costs, or attending clubs or socials - and I've met the three in question.

A good, positive attitude works wonders on here, regardless of whether you're a single man, a single lady or a couple. Honey gets more flies than vinegar.

presumably,in most cases, it would be clear from their profile criteria in the first place that they were looking for someone who could accom..most messages i get are from people who can't,despite what my profile says..

It's a bit pointless one member who can't accommodate messaging another who can't either to be honest. Unless both parties profiles say up for car or outdoor sex. It's quite likely men messaging such females have not read the females profile and are rejected as much for that as not being able to accommodate. XXX

Loads but as I say on my profile there are other places to meet such as clubs or happy to pay for a hotel......but if that's not good enough then I won't lose any sleep by not meeting them

Couples can be different as most only seem to want to swap....so being single is a draw back for them.

Most say they cannot accommodate for a reason usually kids so maybe before rejecting a single because he cannot accommodate they should ask why not......if the guy is a nice guy should it matter if it's a club, house or hotel?

I have no idea. It's extremely rare to even be told I'm being turned down, usually a message just gets deleted without a reply. Even when I do get told, I'm rarely given a reason.

That's a difficult question to answer, no reason is given for rejection on most occasions so how do we know if it's because we are single men etc, it may be because I am unattractive or just not their type. Who knows, who cares even, I tend to concentrate on those that don't reject me rather than those that do.

When I was going to social or a club I was 6 stone ten pound heavier which I am slowly changing still got to lose more and maybe think of having cosmetic surgery done to once I’ve hit my target to hide my knife wounds are more but I only posted this as friendly banter but I apologise for posting this forum..

Thanks for the complement but it seem you got to be Mr prefect on here lol. When I was going to social or a club I was 6 stone ten pound heavier which I am slowly changing still got to lose more and maybe think of having cosmetic surgery done to once I’ve hit my target to hide my knife wounds are more but I only posted this as friendly banter but I apologise for posting this forum..

I didn't say you should organise a social...I said you should look for an organised social ...one that someone else has organised...and get your name down...only you can make it happen, you don't need a wing man to go to a pub and meet other people

The only thing stopping you is yourself. A wingman won't be able to pull a woman on your behalf. Just take the plunge and put yourself out there.

people get rejected when they have nothing to offer the person they are approaching.

simple as that, so yes if you can't accom and the person needs you to do that of course they're gonna reject.

guys need to focus on what they do have to offer that women are looking for and if they have nothing at all after thinking about that then maybe accept they just shouldn't be looking for women.

might be harsh advice but not all men are going to have success. some men can if they focus more on what they do have to offer instead of focusing on what they cannot. and some never will.

i find it hard to accept some men will never have success as there's a wide variety of women out here looking for all sorts of things in men.

Completely agree.

All OP does is complain about how hard it is to get meets/ make friends/ etc.

Yet he has excuses for every suggestion that is ever made to him. It's getting tedious.

Last week his status read 'not posting anymore pics due to no one liking them ' Since then he's posted 10's more of them

He asked me how to stop getting on people's nerves. Well that is certainly one way!

Sorry for rant , and I understand that everyone has the right to use the site as they wish. However some people aren't prepared to help themselves.

You don't know for sure the reason why you have been rejected is your looks or lack of accommodation or shyness or having an accent or wearing a Wookiee mask.

You could easily go to a social as there is a kind lady on Fab who organises them. Type in 'Chester Social' into the forum topic search box and make an effort and go.

I'd be assuming that if you choose not to then I'll make my own assumptions.

It's being in the right place at the right time on here in my opinion. There are so many guys on here you have to work incredibly hard. My last meet off here was 2 years ago. I have t really bothered much since then with the site but still.

A lot of the women on here are also on here to meet other women. A lot of the couples on here want women to join them not men. On here women are free to meet other women and not get judged like they would if they were in their local pub.
