Mine would be :

Chocolate Cake

Victoria Sponge

Black Forest Gateau

Key Lime Pie

Lemon Meringue

Carrot Cake

Apple Strudel

Country Slices

Christmas Cake (or pudding, either will do)

And all have to be with proper cream - none of that buttercream shoite !

I like most so can't come up with 10. Fav is carrot cake.

And I know I'm a freak girlie but can't be doing with chocolate cake, especially with hot fudge sauce. It's way day on my pecking order

Got some home made carrot cake with chopped sultanas and almond essence, lined with coconut and butter cream and it's abso bloody lutely gorgeous
