"Having worked in the food & drink industry for most of my working life, I can safely say they're not always right. However, they must feel respected and like they're always right. ![]() totally this. it's (sometimes unfortunately) just that the employees are paid to be professional so the douchey customer is treated like they are right. one time i stopped at my exes work after picking the kids home from school and a customer presumed i was staff and was rude to me and called me a horrible name. i called her a cheeky bitch, her face when i said that. ![]() | |||
