I was just about to say if you go to bed with a headache you often wake up with it too, so a big drink of water might relieve it.

A majority of headaches are caused by dehydration.

first thing i do with a headache is drink water as mostly they are due to dehydration - but no the headache still here - just going to be one of those i think

I sympathise op. Headaches are a massive energy drainer too. They make me grumpy. I hope it subsides as the day begins.

just makes a long day seem longer - if i was home id go for a walk to help clear it but stuck in wok for 12 hours

had early night last night and male half woke up [before 5]and tried to get up the crack of k.didnt get a ride .lost the battle .and the rest is history

I wouldn't worry about your headache, your going to miss your birthday and Easter.
