Left it for 2 days with no bins and no one to pick up rubbish and it then took 20 people spending 2 hours to clear half a tonne of rubbish. As more rubbish was left, more people found it acceptable to litter. | |||

"walked out this morning and someone has let there dog foul outside where i live..... why should i pick up someone elses mess..... i dont have a dog" I hate that too- and I do have dogs.... if I can pick up after mine (takes all of a few seconds- plenty of bins) why can't they? Lazy fuckers | |||

In reply to Justy, I have seen 'responsible' dog owners pick up the poo in a plastic bag only to toss it into the bushes where it will stay for the next thousand years to breakdown naturally. They would have been better letting the dog do his business in the bush. | |||
