Lost a stone already (I know, careless right?). What's good to get toned up but don't have the time for the gym (home exercise is more suitable anyway). Got my holiday coming up soon and my Daniel Craig coming out of the water impression is currently at risk

Awesome! And you can't beat press ups and pull ups to help tone the upper body. Pull ups are awesome for the mid section too.

I recommend HIIT stuff. None of this doing an hour at normal pace-stuff!

Oh shush lol, just less crap food. I used to starve myself in the day (never really hungry until the evening). So have been grazing with popcorn and salads for a while now (salad is still boring). Anyway barring drawing on a six pack, I wanna rock my budgie smugglers (please note: I don't really wear budgie smugglers)

Yeah I was thinking that, I'll just keep it up and a bit harder. Watch this space. Lol

There aren't many people who can do 20 decent pull ups who haven't got a half decent six pack.
