Made back in 1993, I watched this last night for the very first time, an amazing movie, don't know why I left this one so long.

What movies from the past haven't you watched yet but plan to?

I tend to prefer old movies/plays and acquired a copy of Cathy Come Home which I'll be re-watching this weekend

Gritty stuff....

"I've never seen The Green Mile or The Shawshank Redemption."

Both brilliant movies. And good examples of the film being as good as the book. Usually the books are better.

Never seen Independence Day. Everyone says I should watch kt but there's something about that film, and a few others, that does nothing for me.

I loved shawshank, but Fred is of the same opinion of you. That film also made me see and understand thee beauty of opera music.

I started watching Schindler List too. I'd always put it off because I knew it was going to be a tough watch. I'll watch the rest tonight!

"I've never seen The Green Mile or The Shawshank Redemption."
