I'm on a quest to get my abs back. I'm exercising a lot more and my breakfast and evening meals are healthy. However I struggle with my dinner at work. I ether take the same crap every day or end up in kfc or subway.

Could anyone give me some inspiration? I spend my dinner times travelling so can't always my meal up. And I'm trying to avoid bread

I've been having Cauliflower rice with tuna, prawns and tomato. Quite filling but not as bad for you as proper rice and easy to make loads of for during the week.

This! Or failing that, protein. Almonds, tuna, chicken breast. Mix your tuna or chicken up with some salad, pack fruit, maybe a protein shake too. Keep it simple.

Iv cut right down on bread(carbs) but i drink ale so im pretty fucked really

Some tasty bits, such as celery sticks, carrots to munch. Crisp breads with lower fat toppings, filled pitta breads with chicken, watercress, salad bits and variations around lower fat fillings and toppings, like chicken and avocado plus sultanas. Edam with some salad bits. Add some fresh hervs from garden appropriately to add interest in the taste - maybe some grated carrots, spinach or what you love. Add some fruit for dessert, such as bananas or what's coming into season getting.

Use an insulated cool bag for freshness.

I'm very funny when it comes to salads. I'd rather make my own than get them from the shops. But I'm always having salads, need new things to try

I used to make quinoa or cous cous with broccoli or spinach and cooked turkey put in small containers or sweet pot mash, I'd sprinkle with cayenne pepper or other herbs. Boiled eggs are good for on the go also. Flaked mackerel with brown rice ,

Rice and pasta are really quite fattening,they are full of carbs,i would suggest buying some chicken thighs and take a few to work for dinner....sorted
