For me it would be an american football jersey paired with matching long socks, yoga shorts, two combat style paint stripes across the cheeks and a ferocious smile/gaze!

Sorry OP but "whatever they're comfortable in" is the ONLY answer for me...if my partner's not comfortable, it's very unlikely they're going to be relaxed enough for the mutual fun we're meeting for in the first place.
