Instead of doing things I should have, I've been flirting all day...well actually just being extra friendly to someone who is extra attractive. I've been distracted. My mind is not focussed, well it is, but on getting naked and not on the jobs in hand.

I'm eating salad with bbq piri piri spatchcock (don't laugh) chicken for dinner....I did actually manage to sort the food.

Putting on 8lb when I was doing so well.

In my defence my arthritis has flared up and I'm struggling with walking, but I'm eating way too much crap. My folates are low so I'm having to eat more sensibly now.
