There have been times where I have seen someone giving me a visual treat in public and I could swear that it wasn't just an accidental slip and in fact they were intentionally giving me a show. I was wondering if there ever could be a 'code' for Voyeurs and Exhibitionists? A system were both would know that there was a 'green light' to play and have fun complete unknown to anyone else around.

For a number of reason I don't think its a good idea to presume random strangers displaying certain behavioural patterns are indicating their sexual availability....

Sounds a tad creepy actually
