Looking for advice

So it would seem I may have a dislodged disc in my back and trapped a nerve, so I'm currently struggling to move. Any advice on how to ease the pAin or at least enable movement?

I had to just rest for a week when I had a slipped disc. The pain was incredible and I was given anti inflammatories and painkillers. After a week i was fine. Not sure if you have same thing but you need to see a doctor
