Brighton - even Hove!

More open minded. Greyer. More confident and outgoing. Richer. More widely read and more knowledge. Bigger biceps. Fitter. Healthier. Mostly happier. More in tune with myself and woo-woo stuff

Just having a fucking awesome time to be honest.

I'm a completely different person to who I was 10 years ago simply because of some of the things I've been through. I feel I'm better for it though

Very much so, I was quiet, shy, and not very confident. Allowed myself to get into a marriage that I was later to regret. But 2 years ago I found the strength to say enough and now I wouldn't put up with that shit.

I'm strong and though not overly confident I have learned to put on a brave face and stand up and be counted. My young self wouldn't recognise me now. X

I was completely different when younger. More happy, more carefree.

Having children has made me worry about everything.

Having recurring depression has left me feeling a little bit broken.

Being peri-menopausal (i think) has made me a right moody mare.

Things can only get better

I'm far more confident and more laid back in everything that I do now but that comes from experience and age. Been told I've gotten better looking as I got older but I think most guys do

That's amazing, well done!

Have I changed over the years? Definitely. Went through a bad divorce which brought out a much more resilient me. Have since lost 4 stone, taken up running which has become almost an obsession, self confidence is back, good circle of mates around. A new me for sure. And a bloody happy one

My marriage changed me, along with a few long term illnesses. I'm more outspoken, in real life, and more of a worrier.

I put on 9 stones very quickly and changed drastically, physically.

I'm still empathic and caring, the same as I was as a child.

A lot, and mostly for the better. i'm now happier, more confident, less angry, less selfish, less self-destructive, physically fitter (though I weighed a lot less then) have more good sex, and i'm more thoughtful. I've learned what makes me happy in life.

I do worry a lot more though and I have a lot less hair, there's probably a connection

A world of my own

In many ways not that much. I'm a bit heavier, and my hair colours have evolved but I'm still the same otherwise.

Mentally and emotionally I'm a bit stronger some days and a but weaker others. My confidence has suffered many knocks and I've faced some pretty hard times.

Now I feel I've grown up in some ways. My circle is small and my walls have been built higher.

My hair is the same colour. Eyes are better because I had them lazered. Fatter.

In myself, I'm more open minded, wiser and aware of the nastiness in the world.

Such a lot, but I think it's just maturity. I saw everything as black and white which made me judgemental. I now realise there is a lot of grey in the world and that makes me more empathetic. I'm much more open minded too and want to understand other ppl, especially why and how they do things. I still need to work on my defence mechanism, that doesn't always come across well and I find it hard to control it. To the point someone blocked me recently, quite rightly so and I regret that a lot because I wasn't being myself

I've changed more recently that I did before.

I'm rediscovering my confidence and self-esteem (partly in thanks to this site) and started working out more.

It's small changes but I like them and want to keep the momentum going. I want to be a better version of myself.

I'd also like to go back and slap my younger self for not making these changes earlier.

I look the same as I did 30 years ago and I even weigh the same even though my boobs are noticeably bigger than they used to be..

personally, I am a lot more confident than I was back then...I am still essentially an introvert and prefer my own company but I these days I have no problems mixing with people from all walks of life..

also these days I worry less about what people think about me than I used to..

I was painfully shy, not very outgoing, not that confident and wore clothes that were far to old for me. I didnt like talking to people on the phone, getting a bus or having to see people for appts.

When i had my only child at the age of 20 .. that changed slowly over the years. Ive come a long way to a more confident, more sexually aware, better able to handle difficult situations and pretty proud that i have my own house, car and a beautiful family. The only thing missing is a man in my life.
