"Recently the mrs & I have swapped roles at home and I'm struggling a little with being the stay at home dad. My job involved driving in excess of 2k miles a week & a lot of hours. After lengthy discussions on what to do, we decided it was time to swap round which is fine, I'm far less stressed & she's thoroughly enjoying the challenge of her new position. Thing is, after being on the go almost constantly, I'm struggling for things to do! All this washing, shopping & school run malarkey is immensely boring, bordering tedious! Anyone else been through this & what did you do to combat the boredom? I've already got a right arm like a bodybuilder " I find hobbies to take up the spare time after doing the dailys.

Contact the kids school, there is plenty to do to help.
