my internal thermostat is fucked so i am generally warm irregardless of the weather.

my feet get really hot

i run a bath of cold water before i go 2 bed and jump in for 5 minutes to cool myself down (hate being warm in bed, can't get off to sleep)

and then i leave the water in so if i need a plunge in the night i can just go get in

as another poster said in another forum, 'i need help'

bad circulation that cud b....u wanna put your feet in freezing cold water 4 1 minute then in2 warm water for a couple of minutes....improves circulation....and is fantastic 4 lower leg injuries

Cheers hun, I just jumped under the duvet, they are toasty now. My own fault for walking barefoot all the time.
