There and to the left a bit

I can remember doing a course years ago where everyone was nervous towards the end of the week when there was a big presentation that had to be done.

The day before they did an hours lesson on juggling as it forces the mind to focus away from the thing you're nervous about.

And you know what? It works.

Good luck either way Mr Elephant...am sure you'll be fine

Just ground yourself, focus on the task in hand and don't rush. Having said that if there is a time element be aware of it.

Apparently a psychological trick is to eat some chocolate half an hour before.

Breathe in through your nose for the count of four, hold for the count of two, blow out through your mouth and repeat. It focuses you on your breathing and helps calm you.

Hope it all goes well.

Walk in there like you're King Dingaling and make that test your bitch

Confidence is key. If you're not confident, fake it and you soon will be

Just wing it. You have the knowledge, the wing it approach will work as you'll subconsciously use what you know. No stress, no drama. Happy days

Each person is different some like usain bolt need distracting while others need to be in the zone. When it comes to nerves.

My advice early sleep and a nice breakfast sleep well the night before and dtink lots of water plus try not to think about the test too much.

Breathing is key to your state of mind - longer, slow breaths help to relax you.

Some exercise would help you lose anxiety too.

Keep sugar consumption low and stable beforehand, so you don't get crashes of blood sugar levels.

Sleep as well as you can, cutting blue light and general light intensity from 6pm onwards.

Minimise caffeine beforehand though caffeine may help you to perform if you have prior experience that it does for you
