...profile pictures all virtually the same in my inbox which means I've sent the wrong messages to to wrong bloke and have tied myself in knots trying to make it better.

Tell me your wrong message stories, did anything good come of them?

Nothing good has come of sending wrong messages.

In fact looking at them now, I've probably just come off as annoying so I'm going to either not send any or think twice before sending them.
