Is it not right we have balance on America?

So, the negatives then:

America isn't rich it's riddled with debt and high on credit.

If America can't buy another government so as to be able to ransack their country of its natural resources it destabilises it and then installs a puppet one instead.

There is a gulf between rich and poor in America with millions of destitute people without medical insurance.

As a country I think America is very much in the gutter on ethics and humanity.

If there is a God, I can only assume that when judgement day comes America will be left wanting.

I've personally never met an American I didn't like or get on with but as a nation, No!

well.... apparently there always has to be a "debbie downer" (did you get that american reference OP?)

so i am going to say something that isn't that controversial....

I am not really a fan of the city of Los Angeles....

I think San Diego is cool.... and I adore San Fran, but LA itself is really just...."meh!"

Because that's the opposite of positive, ergo balance.

Actually I'm generally a very happy person but that doesn't mean I have to suffer fools gladly, follow the herd or swallow shi-ite.

Got to agree with that.

It was nice to go to LA just one time to see the places you've only seen in the movies but we wouldn't rush back.

Best bit. Free tickets for the Jay Lenno show.

Worst bit. Hours and fucking hours in traffic jams.

"Debbie Downer", guess that's the denigrated name given to people who dare to stand up and say "you're wrong" or "I disagree". Is that another one of America's traits, I guess so because..."You're either with us or against us?" is a very common saying isn't it?

Got to agree with that.

It was nice to go to LA just one time to see the places you've only seen in the movies but we wouldn't rush back.

I didn't much like LA either ...

And I was disappointed with parts of Hollywood

As with most places there are good and bad bits
