I tossed and turned and paced round the house and sat outside with my pipe all in the early hours of this morning. Could not get to sleep. Buying a fan today, was that close to sleeping in the bath last night.

God awful nightmares, so about 2 hours sleep again, currently 18 outside and 20 inside, work today includes what's going to be a very uncomfortable meeting with my boss, and then my daughters 1St sports day, if it's not cancelled because of the heat. I just want to sit in the fridge eating ice-cream!
