As I didn't get to shopping today it will have to be whatever is left in the cupboards.

I think there's some brown rice, a selection of dried beans and some whole wheat pasta somewhere. If you're lucky there will be some just out of date salad in the bottom of the fridge.

"Homemade scotch pancakes with ice-cream and butterscotch sauce.

My recipe is pretty basic...

Cup of self-raising flour

Cup of milk

Tbsp of sugar

Tsp baking powder

Tsp oil

Whisk it as much as you can be bothered and scoop 1/2 cup of mix per pancake. As long as the frying pan is hot but not too hot you're fine.

Some say that until they have tasted it....it's like fresh thick cream - people who hate yogurt have been so surprised and asked for seconds - I put rich Belgium dark chocolate through it as well so it's just melting and freshly grated ginger

Everything you consume is good for you, high in antioxidants, super for you skin and your digestion and a boost for your blood stream.... look at any of my pics...and I'm sixty..

If your don't like the yogurt.....after you have tasted it of course .....I will do it over meringue and fresh thicken cream just for you
