splendid sunny afternoon larks

Hello fabbers , friends and forumites .

Hurrah my weekend starts now , and its still sunny.

Pooch finds this weather a tad of a challenge with his permanent hairy coat. So no mid day wanders .

Instead he is under the trees or in his paddling pool.

Myself i will mow the lawn (i know how to rock and roll lol) then its hammock time with a lolly ice .

So what are you all upto this afternoon

I certainly no how pooch feels, I have too much hair for this weather.

I'll be spending my afternoon at work, with no air con or windows. Then I'll probably go home and have a bit of cry. Or maybe a solero.

Spent the morning just chilling however I have to go to work now...boo hoo. Still, when I return home it should be cool enough to sit in the garden and sip a nice glass of vino before bedtime.

I'm avoiding heat stroke the best I can. Lots of iced drink and sat around listening to music, or what others might call working.

Me and my own 2 furry friends and the bunny believe it or not are sat in the cool doing not very much. Im personally feeling rather sheepish as me and number 1 son had a bit of a night last night and if I said it was a bit messy by the end you'd kinda catching my drift it was an epec night unplanned but every just clicked perfect but the sheepish is because number 1 daughter is disgusted with dad and big bros behaviour and is only giving out tuts and dirty looks. Don't you just love teenagers and why do I feel like the naughty boy

I'm sunbathing as usual (whilst alternating between Fab and a Tudor social history book) having finished work but the sweat's pouring off me and I wish I had a paddling pool right now...

It's a rather splendid solid one he loves it ,if it gets to hot he lays down in it lol
