Do you think you will always want to swing ? Or do you think there is a time you would stop? Maybe due to age or ability? Or will nothing stop your Lust and desires?

We fluctuate in and out of swinging all the time.

We don't need it in our relationship, it's just fun when we do go out meeting.

So we probably won't be swingers forever, just the same as we haven't been swingers full time since we started.

If you need it for your relationship to work.....I think you have a problem

No we don't need it in our lives but R wants to be out there experiencing all he can. I'm a bit more relaxed with it as I've had lots of experience in the bedroom so it's not a need for me but I will go along with it x

I'd stop once I get into a stable vanilla relationship. If she brings up swinging on her own accord I'm open to returning to the lifestyle as a couple, but if she doesn't then I'm perfectly happy with monogamy for the rest of my life.

I've had enough excitement and experiences as a single guy as it is anyway.

I kind of like the hedonistic but sweet natured grotesques in benidorm.. Jacqueline and Donald. It doesn't seem like such an awful fate.

Although I suppose many swinger's on this lead double lives so to speak and juggle the daily drudgery of familial obligation with swinging..

It depends, many swing briefly to "spice" things up, others are insatiable life long card carrying members that will probably do it until they drop or an age related impediment prevents them.

I have no plans so I can't say I till my lust for sex with people runs out.

But, I know some will disagree with this I think Fab seems to be a young persons game. So this website has a use by date rather than myself.

I just dont know is my honest answer. Im single but I hope that wont always be the case. I hope to meet someone sexually open minded but whether they'll want to swing or even if I want to once im with them i just dont know.

If it weren't for the circumstance that resigned me to accept my need for some kind of emotion/relationship free sex life I wouldn't be a swinger...

If and when the time comes I no longer have sufficient sexual urge to continue the swinger lifestyle I'll happily give it up......

I'm not a swinger by choice and would never have chosen too be if things had been different

I'm not even a swinger now, I lean much more towards monogamy. I'm here because hubby wants us open to other experiences. Looking fit for kink partners rather than sex really but the sex and kink I have with hubby is more than enough to satisfy me.

no idea what I would do if I was in a relationship. at the moment it is fun to explore, have sex and physical contact. been in long term relationships before without even giving it a thought. but the freedom you have to try things is amazing... so maybe I find someone who is as open minded as I am sometime?

We go through peaks and troughs , but the fact that we love the lifestyle remains .

I doubt we will ever stop being swingers in some way or another , but the peaks may dwindle as the years go by .

We've been in this lifestyle three years and I can't ever imagine a point where I'd want to go back to being completely monogamous. That is how I see it now, a lifestyle not just a hobby that might come and go.

I honestly dont know how much longer it will last. I hit 60 on Wednesday. Kind of feels like growing old disgracefully is still on the agenda for the moment however...it is getting harder to 'put myself out there' with all the people who are younger/ fitter/ sexier / more liberated than me. If I found a nice guy who wanted to carry on swinging, probably would keep going. If I found a partner who liked sex as much as me but didnt want to swing then I would give up in a heartbeat.

I have a friend who felt his sex life would be over at 60 but to his surprise it just got better. So the jury is out on this one. Keeping an open mind.

I've swung on and off since I was a teenager, it's always been in my blood. I think I'm here until my need for sex reduces, or something changes drastically in my life. I'm not sure I even believe monogamy is right for me/us/ humans anymore
