Kegel Balls...

Hola, pervs.

Looking for some advice/recommendations/information/tips on the above, please.

Have you used them? Are they fun? Do they really help 'tighten up'?

I'm keen to buy some.

I've got the balls but I don't think they made much difference.

I'm thinking of getting one of the electronic ones as, apparently, my pelvic floor has been traumatised by the hysterectomy and will get worse.

I have bluetooth ones, they are great fun and kinda practical...my fwb has the app for them so he can control them while we are out ... has a menstrual calendar n all sorts on the app too

They do..very! You earn new things on the app the more you use them too so gets more interesting lol

Start out with the 3kg ones, and get used to exercising with them first. Go too heavy too soon and you'll only injure yourself :- pretty soon you'll be up to swinging 10kg around
