Fantastic news today.

My daughter has proposed to her fella of 4 years. They have two young children together and have struggled in many ways until recently.

My daughter bought a lovely ring for him and she had their two young children open up a poster for their daddy with the following words `Daddy we love you laods. Happy fathers day, Will you marry our mummy?'

So thoughtful and sweet. He said `Yes'.

I feel very lucky to have them in my life.

It did get me wondering how many women propose these days? Ladies, would you propose?

very happy as we had been doing a 175 mile trip to see each other each week. It took another year before she moved in
