"I had two wholemeal baps with three bits of bacon and a egg each earlier in the week. Bacon was between crispy and chewy and they were delicious. One had tomato sauce, the other brown. Best of both worlds. " Oooh yes and the egg has to have a runny yolk..i would've put a squirt of brown and red on the same roll though, controversial I know

"How meney bits of bacon ? Crispy or not crispy ? Do you have anything els in it ? Nun or Brow or red sorce ? White or brown bread ? Butter or no butter ? Wots your perfect bacon sandwich ? " Two if it's back bacon, 3 if it's streaky bacon. Sometimes crispy if I forget it's in the pan cooking Runny egg Bread (white) with a bit of butter on it as I don't like sauce.

"I think the perfect bacon sandwich is 4 rashers of bacon. Slightly crispy on lightly buttered farmhouse bread with a little bit of brown sauce. However I regularly make myself bacon, egg, sausage, hash brown and American cheese sandwich on bread that has been toasted and then buttered with the buttered side flash fried in a red hot pan. I put brown sauce on the bacon and a little bit of deli mustard on the sausages which I cut lengthways like a hotdog bun and open them out. " This sounds good
