I have been talking to a woman for some time now. And she naps multiple times a day. Personally I think it makes her appear boring. When I talk to her she is either just waking up or getting ready to take a nap. What do you think? Do you find that boring. Would you want to be around a person that wants to sleep all the time

Maybe she had a health condition that makes her nap? Maybe she's awake all night on here?

Seriously?

Perhaps she just says that because she doesn't want to chat to you

Perhaps she has health issues which make her nap

Perhaps she is an insomniac and naps in short stints

Maybe she's a night owl and needs the power naps during the day. Maybe there's a medical condition that causes it. Doesn't make her boring in my opinion.

Or as harsh as this may sound, you're boring her.

Maybe ask her instead of us?

She sounds perfect to me!

I quite fancy a nap right now to be honest!

Annnnd.... maybe she needs naps during the day as she's out fucking and dogging all night!?! Not so boring now hey!?

Have you asked her why she appears to nap all the time,it sounds like she's not getting enough sleep at night.

My ex used to nap a lot and do no training in the gym or any kind of physical exercise. When it came to sex I put all the work in. To me napping is lazy, unless there are other reasons like working in a hot climate, siestas are necessary. Or if there is an underlying health condition.

Perhaps the claimed lethargy is her way of sending you a subliminal message.....

Hey I'm just speculating .....

Society needs to be more friendly to the nap-prone.

Without the stigma I could nap an additional 3 times a day, making it 8 in total

It's definitely my favourite hobby. F'cking love naps. Lol.

If a guy thought my taking naps was boring it'd be an obvious sign were not compatible. No biggie.

Maybe she suffers with Insomnia, as I do.

Some days are better than others.

I've had days where I've been unable to sleep and then struggle to get through the day and on occasion, need to take a nap to recharge the batteries.

This can be the beginning of, what can seem like, a never ending cylce of disruption to ones sleep pattern.

Had a few days last week like this.

Past few days have been a lot better though and am actually getting a reasonable amount of sleep and at the right times.

That said, perhaps you might be better off talking to her about it rather than asking a group of strangers on a swinging site.

She could just me making light of a condition. All I seem to do is nap recently. Turns out I got a few vitamin deficiencies. My body is basically in famine mode. I'm not afraid to tell people, but that's me. Yes, I'm a little embarrassed by it, but hey. I make a tit of myself daily.

Why continue your interactions with this woman if she appears to 'bore' you?

If the only thing she tells you about herself is that she's just waking up or just about to nap, I'd be inclined to agree. But if you've been talking for a while, I'm assuming you guys do talk about other things too?

Trust your instincts brother. It's not worth getting into something you're not 100% into but don't go writing her off just because she likes to nap. Just had one myself and it was ace! =)

Maybe she likes to lucid dream..?

I can't believe I napped at the start of the thread... awake now though.

Give her a break OP, am sure she'd appreciate you telling all and sundry too and asking if they thought she was boring...

Sheesh Kebabs!

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

I've got someone napping on the sofa as I'm typing. She's done this for the past 12 years we've been together whether she's been working or not. She never sleeps all through the night though as a noise or needing a wee wakes her up and she can't get back to sleep (Unlike me and our son who could sleep through an earthquake) but she's definitely not boring or dull.

I'm a daytime sleeper; I can't call it a nap as it's usually an hour or two.

Today, I'm fighting to keep myself awake as, although I slept through the night (hurrah!), my new medication is making me very drowsy.

I won't be driving or operating machinery while I'm on them.

I'm amazing in bed

I used to sleep on average 3-4 hours a night and I'd be fine with that, no nap needed. These days I love having a nap and now have 5-6 hours a night.
