Depends on shoe type I'm sometimes a 4 but can be a 5. My new running trainers are a 6, and I was fitted for them in a specialist shop they look weird on but they are great when running.

So really a mix bag then biggest iv come across is size 5, the reason for asking someone gave me a pair of size 9 thigh boots which I put on eBay and wondering if a TV would buy or a woman but by most comments it's going to be a TV but I don't mind as long as they have fun lol x

I once found a pair of size 3 black patent 5" stilettos under my bed after a party..... contacted every guest but no-one claimed them.

Ended up giving them to a fab friends 19yr old daughter. She looked great in them (and nothing else lol!)
