The craving for sweet things also goes. As long as you drink plenty of water you won't feel sluggish etc. I feel great. | |||

If you wish to retain muscle you must keep protein very high, minimum 1.5grams per lb of bodyweight. When you re-introduce carbs you will unfortunately regain your water weight. I would recommend carb cycling over keto, but different strokes for different folks, you will know your body better than I" Where's the 'keep protein high' thing from? Carb cycling for most is a nightmare; let your body run on glucose OR ketones, not both. | |||
