Last night my kids and I were sitting in the living room with a medical programme on the TV. I said to them "I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependant on a machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens to me just pull the plug."

They got up, unplugged the laptop and poured the rest of my wine down the sink. The little bastards!
