I was hoping to drop off quickly tonight, but I just read the leaflet that came with my new medication and wished I hadn't. This could be a long night

My new medication is for my arthritis in my neck. I've just read the leaflet and they're anti depressants.

is that instead of painkillers? i heard they work in the same way as painkillers, along the same neural pathways. all i've been given is ibropufen gel. it's not any good.

Looking at the blue light emitted from your screen/monitor does you no favours.

Instead of painkillers yes. He said they will work on the nerves and relax the muscles, but now I'll have to go through the getting worse before I feel better stage again.

"My secret omits a white light "

White contains blue. Blue light comes from the sun, television, tablets, phones, computers. You can adjust it but not eliminate it.

I have no problem falling asleep ..especially mid afternoon

its the quality of sleep when I am asleep that's the problem, and the slightest noise and I am wide awake again anyway..
