I understand the business sense of this expression. Does this have a meaning in the swinging world? A woman I was chatting to yesterday..in person, yes a real woman, not online....slipped it onto the conversation, pointedly a few times?

"Not involving BDSM? "

Could be I suppose, but we weren't talking about anything sexual. Perhaps I missed an opportunity...?

I've heard of contracts in the context of BDSM of course but not a vanilla contract. In the kink world vanilla means not kinky so I don't understand...

Were you discussing currency or assets ? If so ...It's the same as a vanilla option which gives you certain rights without obligations .....

It's a problem in the swinging or bdsm world, people are too lazy to invent new words so re-purpose other words / acronyms. Gets to be a problem when the business meeting is deciding where in the nationalised television studio to put the ice cream stall and cash point.

(BBC TV event vanilla area, ATM location) for those not as warped as me
