Hi, i've been struggling to get replies from people and i was wondering if it was something in my profile putting them off. Is there anybody prepared to give me a bit of constructive advice on it please.

As you've asked, you have just the one public pic and it doesn't show that much. Get a few more so that people can see you. They don't have to be face ones.

The profile isn't too bad and you have stated that you are married so that gives people a choice. For many that choice will be 'not for me'. Just have to suck that up and move on.

Telling everyone you haven't been very successful is not the best idea either. The blurb is your shop window where you tell people what you have to offer. Yours is saying that people don't want to meet you and is likely to put people off.

Re read your profile and ask whether it is selling you. Maybe have a nose at some of the blokes that frequent the forum and see how they go about it.

1 meet veri is much better than some here if that's how your measuring your enjoyment.

Good pics. People like to see who they're going to turn down

Good clear text about some stuff you like/dislike to hypnotise them into replying.

But that's only my opinion. Good luck dude.

It's very honest , however we all have to accept that what we disclose or omit from our profile can limit our appeal...

Yeh i'm aware that the 'married' part isn't going to win over some people, but i prefer to be upfront about it rather than have someone chat about meeting then discover it and cancel the meet.
