Any experts on here.just picked up a e stim unit and I'm not sure how to use it.

Leads have an alligator clip and a pin on the same lead.

No pads do I need new pads ?

A lot of e-stim machines are essentially repurposed TENS units but there are also some designed explicitly for sexual stimulation. Like both TENS and the EMS muscle trainers e-stim machines used controlled electrical pulse to stimulate the user. E-stim systems can be used with the same type of conductive gel electrodes used with TENS units or with an array of sex play specific attachments.

There is a very good forum specialising in e-stim called Smartstim which should cover every question you could come up (and a whole host you probably would never think to ask).
