I'm off to run up some hills in a bit and then tiling the downstairs loo floor for most of the rest of it.

At the minute i'm working then it's an hour in the gym,supposed to have a hotel meet with a couple at around 2 ish then 1 last job booked in at half 5 before going home for a pint
