hiatus hernia

Has anyone every had hiatus hernia or weak muscle to one side of there body

Had a hernia in my groin a few years back from over training. Pain after surgery was a bitch for a few weeks and still get pain there now.

I (Mr) have the hiatus hernia. It's not fun and there's no cure.

I have an hiatus hernia; it doesn't cause me much trouble, if I watch what I eat.
