Well yeah we can never be a 100% sure no matter how safe we think we've been. I have had Chlamydia once few tablets cleared it up,I may not have know if I didn't go for tests.

I have regular blood tests and add in HIV to those and then do everything else at the GUM clinic every 3 months, or six if I'm going through one of my many not getting any patches.

Due to another health condition I have blood tests anything from weekly to 4 weekly... ( which they kindly add hiv testing too)

Clinic every 4 to 6 weeks.

Why take chances!

I make sure I play safe all the time by using a condom for penetration (except with my GF). I get tested about once a year.....(low rate of willing females!..sigh!)

SH:24 home testing kit, need to order kit online early in the day as limited.

A day after receive kit, provide urine and blood sample, blood sample takes time to extract with prick of needle on fingertips.

Free postage and results within 72hrs and all done discreetly and comfort of home.

- Minus needed to prick 3 fingers to fill sample tube
